Wizkid is rave act of the moment with another growing single – Don’t dull with a fair share of controversy after the release of his latest video, Tease Me with critics’ concerns centered on the concept of the underground club scene with erotic dancers and his age, now the concerns might just move to his declaration on his relationship status. The young act who is a second year student at Leed City University studying international relations confessed to be a reserved person and announced that he doesn’t have a girlfriend, in a recent interview.

“I am seriously single, even though i have alot of girls around me“, he said. Apparently, he has broken up with the chick in his ‘Holla at your boy‘ video who he said to be his girlfriend in a TV interview.

In the same interview that took place on the 9th of February, when asked his age, he said 20 – apparently, being 21 years of age declared in the Tease Me video was for entertainment. In the same interview, he shared the ‘craziest thing a female fan has done to him’ as a female fan who kept a button from a shirt he lost at a gig in Bells University and returned to him two months after.

Recently, There has been an alleged affair between the singer and actress Tonto Dike, addressing the situation, he said: “Tonto is somebody I have not actually met. We only met at a shooting of a video. We became friends on Twitter… She called me her husband and I called her my wife [over Twitter].. and everybody started taking it very serious… She is a very good friend of mine. Tonto is also my big sister in the industry.”

Born Ayodeji Balogun, he has three sisters – he is the only boy and last child of the family.
