Air Force Junction Fly Over Collapses In PH
Some part of the fly-over bridge in between Airforce junction and Bori Camp in Port Harcourt has collapsed. The Fly-Over which was commissioned by Obasanjo like 10 years ago, succumbed to heavy rain yesterday.
Naija and our poor maintenance culture.
