First Lady Patience Jonathan Wins Africa's Tourism Ambassador Award
The First lady of Nigeria, Dame Patience Jonathan has won the for herself a Tourism Ambassador for Africa award from the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
This award was given to her in Calabar at the 53rd meeting of the UNWTO Commission for Africa which held yesterday, June 26, 2012.
Reason for this award? In ‘recognition of her monumental commitment and support for women in tourism’.
