D'Prince was taken to the station by the Nigerian Police dept. at Panti Yaba, over the investigation of the murder of Susan Yusuf popularly known as Susy Q.

This "arrest" was carried out after Susy's Mum laid some accusations that her daughter made some complaints about D'Prince before she was killed. A walk down memory lane and we would recall that the deal between D'Prince and Susy Q didnt end well on the collaboration at Club Jonzing.

After a nine hours session of police asking "Na you Do am? Na you kill am" D'Prince was allowed to go home because no solid evidence was presented.

Susy Q was stabbbed to death in her home by a man identified as Idris Mohammed who was her personal assistant on February 10th 2012.
