There was a rumour spreading on social media that the wife of late elder statesman Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Mrs. Hannah Idowu Dideolu Awolowo had passed away.

Her daughter Tokunbo Dosunmu, has confirmed that this report is false as she says her mother is still alive.
